Fan Relation Premium Associate Account Executive - $40(K) - $50(K) Annually 

The Fan Relations Premium Associate Account Executive is instrumental in servicing and renewing existing business as well as reaching out to prospective clients by developing and closing new sales. This role specifically focuses on providing outstanding customer service and cultivating relationships with Season Ticket Members via phone calls, emails, game visits, and special events. In addition, this position will be expected to contribute to the sales efforts of the New Business Development and Groups team through upselling, cross-selling and referrals for all Minnesota Sports & Entertainment products.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Drive revenue through membership renewals, new business development, and sales generation.
    • Responsible for all revenue related to the renewal of 11-Game Premium Seating Season Ticket Members and a cross section of full-season members, as well as new business development for all Minnesota Sports & Entertainment products.
    • Meet all season ticket renewal, new business development and sales goals which are defined and outlined within specific annual budgets.
    • Handle a high volume of sales activity, including 30-50 phone calls per day.
    • Utilize networking events and outside appointments to close business.
    • Prospect and qualify all new leads and referrals for season tickets, group sales and single game suite rentals.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and referrals with current and prospective clients.
    • Create and execute a yearly premium seating business service plan that supports both retention and new sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and service.
    • Communicate daily with Season Ticket Members and prospects to build lasting relationships via outside appointments, phone calls, handwritten notes, and email.
    • Consistently deliver high-level customer service to both internal and external clients helping to provide world-class service.
    • Regularly attend and participate in Season Ticket Member events to maintain and service current ticket members as well as prospect new business opportunities.
  • Support event execution and maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
    • Utilize Customer Relationship Management system for database management and completion of specific campaigns and other general sales opportunities.
    • Support Season Ticket Member related special events in accordance with the annual strategic plan.
    • Work sales tables, service clients and work other related assignments for games and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least one year of customer sales or service experience with a proven track record of successfully developing and closing new business.
  • Proficient computer skills including ability to work with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics & CRM preferred.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
