Revenue Marketing Senior Director - $100,000.00 -$140,000.00 Annually
Position Summary: The Senior Director, Revenue Marketing defines and leads the enterprise strategy to drive revenue growth across ticketing, premium hospitality, merchandise, and partnerships, integrating full-funnel campaigns, data-driven insights, working in partnership with brand marketing, content and business intelligence. This role aligns cross-functional teams, optimizes media and marketing performance, and builds scalable frameworks that improve targeting, conversion, and overall return on investment. It is critical to the organization because it connects strategy to execution at scale—ensuring efficient growth, consistent customer experiences, and sustained revenue impact.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Drive revenue growth, support sales efforts, and increase fan engagement.
- Drive revenue through integrated marketing strategies supporting enterprise revenue marketing strategy across ticketing, corporate partnerships, premium, while supporting stakeholders across the organizations.
- Drive full-funnel strategy and multi-channel campaigns to maximize growth, customer journey optimization and increase lifetime value.
- Partner closely with Sales teams to calendarize campaign execution proactively to ensure transparency, timely campaign execution, effective deliverables, and seamless follow-up.
- Own integrated campaign strategy; align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
- Establish scalable segmentation and personalization frameworks to improve targeting and conversion.
- Oversee ticketing and promotional strategy to optimize demand, pricing, and revenue yield.
- Guide merchandise marketing to ensure brand alignment and commercial performance.
- Lead innovative demand generation and fan engagement initiatives, including experiential activations.
- Lead owned and paid media strategy, investment, and performance optimization.
- Partner with the business intelligence group to use data and analytics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and growth opportunities.
- Partner with business intelligence and finance to inform forecasting and business planning.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and operational excellence at scale.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, and operations.
- Implement scalable processes to improve execution, efficiency, and transparency.
- Serve as senior liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Communicate strategy, priorities, and performance with clarity and accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience:
- At least ten years of progressive experience leading customer-facing, revenue-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaign execution at scale.
- At least five years in senior leadership roles with responsibility for leading and scaling a marketing organization.
- Deep expertise in marketing strategy, including advanced customer segmentation, audience development, and value creation that drives measurable business growth.
- Proven ability to lead the development of high-impact marketing communications and digital content strategies that align brand and revenue objectives.
- Experience within the sports and/or entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of fan engagement and revenue generation models, preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in leveraging customer data, analytics, and insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and drive ROI.
- Experience overseeing marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Eloqua or similar enterprise tools) to enable scalable, personalized campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency with marketing technologies and business tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights and presentations.
