Loyalty Program Intern
Loyalty Program Intern - $16.37 per hour
Position Summary: The Loyalty Program Intern assists with the development and day-to-day execution of Customer Sales and Service activities and events; including tasks associated with the Wild Rewards program, providing support with game day needs, administrative projects, the development of relationships with Season Ticket Members and support of other related initiatives.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Support the 4Ever Wild Rewards program and enhance member engagement across platforms.
- Maintain inventory and organization of items in relation to 4Ever Wild Rewards program.
- Facilitate 4Ever Wild Rewards membership maintenance and other projects as assigned.
- Contribute item and content creation to 4Ever Wild Rewards website.
- Maintain and update the 4Ever Wild Rewards platform and monitor different programs during home and away games.
- Monitor the 4Ever Wild Rewards inbox and respond to Season Ticket Members’ issues and requests.
- Assist with event coordination, customer service, and administrative responsibilities.
- Assist in the coordination of game day responsibilities, events and activities.
- Staff customer sales and service booth(s) during events and provide event support.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of Season Ticket Member events and initiatives including pre-game, promotional, and fan events.
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping.
- Manage miscellaneous administrative assignments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Retail Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications and/or Business Management or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Customer service or sports industry experience preferred.
- Proficient computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
- Experience with photoshop preferred.

Work Conditions:
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
