Position Summary: The Coordinator, Revenue Marketing supports the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, web, and in-venue channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role collaborates cross-functionally with ticketing, sponsorship, communications, and fan experience teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of content and promotions. By managing digital platforms and enhancing fan engagement, the coordinator plays a vital role in increasing customer retention, optimizing marketing performance, and delivering a consistent, high-impact brand experience.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive revenue and engagement.
    • Lead the execution of brand, lead generation, and customer retention campaigns in collaboration with marketing, ticketing, sponsorship, and communications teams.
    • Develop and manage day-to-day email marketing initiatives, including copywriting, graphic design, scheduling, testing, and deployment.
    • With guidance from the Revenue Marketing Manager, build and manage paid and barter media plans, ensuring delivery of creative assets and performance tracking.
    • Oversee the creation of revenue-generating content and messaging, including collateral, media assets, and signage.
    • Create and implement strategic text and social marketing campaigns aimed at driving revenue growth.
    • Develop and manage a calendar of digital communications to ensure consistent and timely campaign execution.
    • Assist in the ideation and execution of lead-generating events and marketing tactics, identifying key customer segments and messaging strategies.
    • Monitor systems and research data for sales leads and marketing trends, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
  • Manage digital platforms and communication channels for operational efficiency.
    • Maintain and update the Iowa Wild website and mobile app, creating new pages and managing sponsorship activations as needed.
    • Collaborate with the sponsorship team to fulfill digital asset requirements across email, website, app, and advertising campaigns.
    • Manage [email protected] and [email protected] accounts daily, ensuring timely responses and proper internal routing of information.
    • Ensure that all digital channels align with the brand voice, are user-friendly, and support marketing goals.
    • Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions for various organizational initiatives.
    • Support the delivery of timely and relevant content through all digital touchpoints.
    • Manage multiple marketing and communications projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Support digital content efforts as needed.
  • Enhance the fan experience through game day and in-venue engagement.
    • Interact with fans, assist in running in-game contests, and enhance the overall fan experience during home games.
    • Oversee the fan relations area, providing a welcoming presence and information to fans throughout the game.
    • Collaborate on the development and execution of fun, interactive activities for fans of all ages.
    • Assist with the setup and breakdown of game day operations and marketing activations.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of in-venue marketing efforts.
    • Provide real-time feedback and ideas to improve fan-facing initiatives.
    • Represent the brand in a friendly and professional manner during all fan interactions.
    • Support the marketing team in delivering a consistent and elevated guest experience during events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Proficient in graphic design and copywriting.
  • Proficient in HTML editing and CSS coding (or a desire to self-learn).
  • Experience with Eloqua preferred.
  • A strong understanding of B2C marketing strategies and tools.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events. 
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc. 
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
