Salary Range: $16.37/hour

Position Summary: The Intern, Partnership Success, Premium supports the Partnership Success team with a focus on premium sales and service by fulfilling and executing suite and loge rentals. This role will work closely on annual products and client experience.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Provide exceptional service and communication to premium clients.
    • Maintain exclusive suite holder and loge member relationships.
    • Communicate effectively with premium clients via phone and email.
    • Manage post-game survey responses.
    • Develop monthly calendars for premium clients.
  • Support sales, fulfillment, and game day operations for premium spaces.
    • Assist with suite rentals, including but not limited to selling, fulfilling, and day-of hosting.
    • Accurately relay catering orders and information to the premium catering department.
    • Process suite rental orders in CRM system.
  • Contribute to product development and departmental initiatives.
    • Assist in the development of annual suite and loge products, benefits, and experiences.
    • Assist with development and budget management of events and gifting for premium clients.
    • Support annual revenue generation by maintaining report accuracy in KORE/Tableau software.
    • Collaborate with various departments including analytics, ticket/premium operations, and corporate partnerships.
    • Support all other department initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Sports Management or other related fields or equivalent experience.

 

Knowledge & Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Experience working in CRM system a plus (KORE preferred).
  • Knowledge of hockey preferred but not required.

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events. 
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc. 
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
