Intern, Partnership Success (Full-Time, Seasonal)
Salary Range: $16.37/hour
Position Summary: The Intern, Partnership Success works under the direction of the Senior Manager, Partnership Success supporting the Partnership Success team in execution and fulfillment of sponsorship commitments. The role will primarily support game day initiatives including photographing, setting up, tearing down and assisting other departments as needed.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Support the execution of Partnership Success initiatives including events, asset pickup, photographing game day collateral for Sponsor fulfillment.
- Develop sales presentations and assist with year-end summaries.
- Attend weekly meetings to review corporate partner fulfillment status, problems, opportunities, new programs and promotions.
- Organize storage closets, inventory autographed merchandise and manage other miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Assist with sponsor correspondence and participate in game day event duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Previous project management or event planning experience preferred.
- Ability to handle interactions with fans and guests in a professional and service first mindset (i.e. disgruntled fans, unexpected interactions, etc.).
- Photography, Adobe photoshop or other relevant design skills highly preferred.
- Proficient computer skills with ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

- Attention to detail and proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service oriented and a willingness to help where, and when, needed.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Work Conditions:
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
- Work is primarily sedentary in nature.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
