Business Intelligence Analyst
Business Intelligence Analyst - $60,000 - $65,000 annually
Position Summary: This position is responsible for leveraging data to drive revenue growth, fan engagement, and business performance across ticketing, marketing, corporate partnerships, and emerging initiatives. This role will analyze complex datasets, build reporting and dashboards, and deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in advancing the organization’s data capabilities, identifying new opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through analytics, forecasting, and reporting.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Analyze and optimize the Season Ticket Member Loyalty Program, including engagement tracking, forecasting point utilization and expiry, and supporting engagement campaigns.
- Conduct Theme Night and Group Ticket Revenue Analysis to evaluate performance, pricing, and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain lead scoring models and act as a bottom-of-funnel expert to improve conversion.
- Support Ticket Ops in calculating rep commissions.
- Serve as a ticketing subject matter expert and analyze ticketing data to drive insights.
- Explore and analyze datasets using SQL to generate and validate actionable insights.
- Deliver executive summaries and reporting for leadership.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for key stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc analytical support, including for Major League Volleyball and Iowa Wild.
- Assist with data analysis efforts for Corporate and Premium.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in data related major.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying a data warehouse.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI (portfolio preferred).
- Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience with ticketing, CRM, or marketing data is a plus.
- Familiarity with forecasting and performance analysis preferred.
