Position Summary: The Advertising Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, fan engagement, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for campaign execution, audience targeting, and performance optimization, while contributing to fan acquisition efforts and data-informed decision making. Working closely with the Director of Revenue Marketing and cross-functional teams, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, aligned to brand standards, and continuously improved through testing and performance insights.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
- Execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media platforms, coordinating strategy, creative assets, timelines, copy, and budget pacing to support ticket sales, memberships, group sales, and promotional initiatives.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media channels including paid social, SEM, display, OTT/streaming, and retargeting.
- Support development and rollout of integrated campaigns across ticket sales, memberships, group sales, promotional initiatives and other company initiatives.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and asset trafficking with internal teams (creative, content, video, radio).
- Write and adapt campaign copy for various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Assist in maintaining campaign calendars and ensuring timely execution across all channels.
- Execute the implementation and management of media plans, ensuring campaigns are executed according to budget, timeline, and channel strategy.
- Monitor budget pacing and flag performance or spend concerns to leadership.
- Executes audience targeting and fan acquisition strategies through paid media campaigns, leveraging audience insights, segmentation, and analytics to drive reach, engagement, and growth.
- Execute audience targeting strategies using predefined segments, including retargeting, prospecting, and lookalike audiences.
- Support fan acquisition efforts through paid media campaigns focused on expanding reach and engagement.
- Assist in identifying new audience segments and opportunities for growth based on campaign performance and available data.
- Collaborate with CRM/analytics teams to align campaign targeting with audience insights and database growth initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, A/B testing, and strategic targeting and creative refinements.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
- Execute A/B testing across creative, messaging, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Identify trends and recommend tactical optimizations to improve results across channels.
- Support ongoing testing initiatives across platforms to refine targeting and creative strategies.
- Track and report campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and maintaining accurate data tracking tied to business outcomes.
- Track and report on campaign KPIs, providing regular updates to the Director and stakeholders.
- Assist in building campaign recaps and performance summaries with clear takeaways and actionable insights.
- Connect campaign performance to business outcomes (ticket sales, leads, engagement) at a campaign level.
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking and ensure proper tagging and data integrity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage concurrent marketing campaigns, support media planning, and ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, digital, content, partnerships) to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns using project management tools (e.g., Wrike), ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
- Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment.
- Support the review and execution of media proposals and vendor recommendations, providing input on performance expectations and campaign alignment.

- Build and manage strategic relationships with media partners.
- Maintain a working knowledge of media buying fundamentals, including bidding strategies, audience targeting and platform capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Google Analytics certification preferred.
- Meta certification preferred.
Knowledge & Experience:
- At least five years of advertising experience.
- At least five years of experience using a project management tool (Wrike preferred)
- Computer proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Personal Attributes:

- Effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Work Conditions:
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
