Base salary of $60,000, with significant earning potential and the opportunity to exceed $100,000+ annually based on performance.
Position Summary: The Account Executive, Corporate Partnerships is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new business through strategic outreach, including proactive sales efforts and the development of customized, multi-channel sponsorship packages. This role also supports overall sales performance by conducting in-depth client research, contributing to forecasting, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and fulfillment of partnership agreements. This position is critical to organizational success, as it expands the partnership portfolio, strengthens client relationships, and ensures alignment between sponsorship strategies and broader business objectives.
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Drive new business and sales growth through strategic outreach and prospecting.
- Perform proactive outbound sales activities to secure new partnerships.
- Make cold calls to prospective corporate partnerships.
- Scan sales targets and opportunities from local, regional, and national sources to cultivate prospects that may be customers for new programs and business development opportunities.
- Present custom sponsorship packages include signage, digital media, promotions, traditional media (TV and radio), and all other marketing resources.
- Support sales strategy and performance through research and forecasting.
- Research existing and potential clients to determine avenues to enhance marketing and advertising presence using available inventory.
- Identify local and national trends and emerging categories and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Participate in the development of annual corporate sales forecasting.
- Attain and exceed the assigned personal sponsorship sales goals and assist in reaching the overall team sales goal.
- Work with the Partnership Success team and other internal departments to facilitate understanding and compliance with promotions and packages that have been sold to clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge & Experience:
- At least three-years of experience working in the sports and entertainment industry or equivalent field, including significant experience in a "relationship sales" or corporate sales environment.
- Proven success in sales of sponsorship packages at a six-figure level is helpful, preferably in sports or live event facilities.
- Experience and understanding of linear and streaming media sales preferred.
- Experience with business-to-business sales and comfortable with cold calling.
- Proven success in developing a continual prospect list and ability to keep sales pipeline active and relevant.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including an ability to maintain smooth working relationships with internal service providers and other departments that implement services sold.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits a high level of comfort and professionalism in external environments, particularly in networking setting with new or unfamiliar contacts.
Work Conditions:
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed for games and events.
- Work is primarily sedentary in nature.
- Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
