The AHLTV Game Night Producer plays a key role in delivering high-quality live broadcasts of all Iowa Wild home games by managing live switching, graphics, and replays in real time. This position ensures that each broadcast meets AHLTV standards while maintaining the Iowa Wild's professional brand presence. The producer's work directly impacts the fan experience and broadcast credibility, making it essential to the team's in-game media operations.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Manage live switching, graphic insertion, and replay systems during all Iowa Wild home games to ensure smooth and professional AHLTV broadcasts.
  • Monitor stream health, troubleshoot on-the-fly technical issues, and maintain production standards consistent with AHLTV requirements and Iowa Wild branding. Identify key moments during gameplay and create timely, high-quality replays for use during the live stream, ensuring smooth integration into the broadcast flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

Formal Education & Certification:

  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • One to two years of experience in creative design and/or video editing positions.
  • Experience in live broadcasts, experience working in editing suites such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.

    Work Conditions:
    • Must be able to work all home games during the 2025-2026 Iowa Wild season.
    • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.
    • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
