The Manager, CRM will oversee the administration, strategy, and optimization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system for the St. Louis Blues, Enterprise Center, and Stifel Theatre. This role is critical in maximizing CRM adoption, streamlining integrations, and delivering actionable insights that support revenue growth and organizational efficiency. The position will also partner with the Business Intelligence department on broader analysis and reporting initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the organizational expert in Microsoft Dynamics, helping drive strategy, adoption, and best practices
  • Develop and optimize integrations between Dynamics and other key third party systems
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to increase efficiency for sales and service teams
  • Develop and execute lead generation, campaign tracking, and customer segmentation initiatives
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to design dashboards and visualizations that support sales managers and leadership with real-time insights
  • Analyze campaign and sales initiative performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve future strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day CRM administration, including user management, data hygiene, lead distribution, and workflow automation
  • Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure staff are maximizing CRM functionality
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on data appends, cleansing, and governance across multiple systems
  • Research and implement best practices for CRM
  • Perform additional reporting and data management duties as needed

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional CRM administration experience, Microsoft Dynamics preferred
  • Proven experience integrating CRM with other systems (e.g., ticketing, marketing automation, sponsorship, or finance platforms)
  • Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools strongly preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools) and ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  •  Experience using a ticketing system, Ticketmaster/Archtics preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with large datasets
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail required
