GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position reports to the Guest Experience Managers with duties also assigned from the Senior Manager/Director of Guest Experience. The Guest Experience Safety Ambassador is responsible for ensuring a seamless and safe experience for all visitors to the Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre. This position requires an enthusiastic team member to assist guests and staff at both the Enterprise Center and Stifel Theater. Our goal is to enhance the guest and staff experience by creating a positive and safe environment with extraordinary interaction and service.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain a safe environment by proactively solving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide world-class hospitality to guests before, during, and after events.
  • Exhibit a friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to serve the company and public.
  • Communicate clearly with others; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Always display a professional appearance.
  • Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries at all points of contact.
  • Aid with security screening at building entrances. 
  • Provide directions to guests for all areas of the building. 
  • Listen to and resolve guest concerns; notify supervisors or managers, if needed.
  • Familiarize themselves with building layouts, all departments, and guest policies.
  • Respond appropriately to guest illness, injury, and emergencies.
  • Anticipate guest needs and prevent escalation of issues.
  • Deescalate situations as they arise
  • Must be able to stand, sit, walk for extended and varying periods of time.
 
 REQUIREMENTS:
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Basic computer skills and access to internet.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
