Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre are excited about our busy upcoming season! We are looking for passionate, friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our team. Our mission is to enhance the guest experience by creating a positive environment with extraordinary customer interaction and service. Please understand that you are hired to serve guests. There will be nights when your responsibilities prevent you from seeing the events.
Rate of Pay: $16.50/hour
About this role:
The Guest Experience Concierge supports the delivery of exceptional service to guests in club and premium areas. They’ll assist in resolving guest concerns with professionalism while maintaining clear and thoughtful communication. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, high-quality experience for all guests, including high-profile individuals, while maintaining confidentiality and a positive demeanor. Additionally, they help ensure proper access by monitoring and verifying that wristbands are distributed to the appropriate guests.

- Provide world-class hospitality to guests before, during, and after events in Premium areas, including clubs and suites.
- Scan tickets and greet guests entering Premium spaces.
- Apply and monitor wristbands for access to Premium regions.
- Ensure that guests are in their ticketed area and permit only authorized persons to enter assigned Premium areas.
- Communicate clearly with others; strong interpersonal skills are essential.
- Exhibit a friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to serve the company and public.
- Always display a professional appearance.
- Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries at all points of contact.
· Maintain consistent and attentive use of radios to ensure regular and effective communication.
- Provide directions to guests for all areas of the building, especially in Premium spaces.
- Enforce company policies in a positive and professional manner.
- Listen to and resolve guest concerns; notify supervisors or managers, if needed.
- Familiarize themselves with building layouts, all departments, and guest policies, with a particular focus on Premium areas.
- Respond appropriately to guest illness, injury, and emergencies.
- Anticipate guest needs and prevent escalation of issues.
- Utilize training tools and resources to create a championship-level atmosphere for all guests.
- Be a resource to guests for information regarding Enterprise Center, Stifel Theatre, and the City of St. Louis.
Requirements:
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Basic computer skills and access to internet.
- Reliable transportation.
Work Environment:
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Standing: frequent and prolonged periods of standing and walking while at events.
- Noise levels in the venue are typically loud and consistent with large scale events. This also includes the presence of lights and potential fog machines.
- Must be comfortable assisting in wheelchair escorts when needed.
New Hire Bonus: $250 bonus for new Team Members once they work their first 25 events. (Re-hires are not eligible).
