Facility Operations/Event Staff: Game Day/Event Staff
Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre are excited for a busy upcoming season! We are looking for passionate, friendly, service-oriented individuals to join our team. Our mission is to enhance the guest experience by creating a positive environment with extraordinary customer interaction and service.
Rate of Pay: $15.50/hour
Responsibilities:

- Provide over the top service to guests within premium areas.
- Scan tickets when needed for premium areas.
- Apply and monitor wristbands for access to premium areas.
- Check in and communicate with guests in suites.
- Enforce company policies in a positive and professional manner.
- Provide hospitality to guests before, during, and after events.
- Be a resource to guests for information of Enterprise Center and Stifel Theatre.
- Ensure that guests are in their ticketed area and permit only authorized persons to enter assigned Premium areas.
- Listen and resolve guest concerns; notify leads or management, if needed.
- Respond appropriately to guest illness, injury, or emergencies.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to familiarize yourself with building layout, all departments and guest policies.
- Must be able to maintain a safe work environment by being proactive to solve any issues that may arise.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time.
- Must enjoy people and creating memorable moments.
