The Director of Business Strategy is a key organizational leader responsible for driving cross‑departmental strategic initiatives, optimizing revenue‑generating workflows, enhancing CRM and marketing technologies, and leading Business Intelligence operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business intelligence department supporting the St. Louis Blues, Enterprise Center, and Stifel Theatre, managing staff and prioritizing projects and business needs
- Provide guidance and direction on CRM strategy and operations including creating and managing workflows, building out customizations, and coordinating functionality requests with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- In conjunction with Ticket Sales and Service teams, manage sales rep account distribution, plan execution of sales initiatives across multiple channels including CRM, email, AI, and other marketing channels.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies and maintain sales rep pipelines in conjunction with the sales management team
- Oversee all organizational databases and develop and maintain data connections and integrations to ensure efficiencies
- Drive automation initiatives within business analytics as well as cross-departmental groups
- Build and utilize reporting tools to ensure data is accessible and actionable across the organization
- Serve as escalation point for business intelligence issues including CRM functionality, data access, and data protection
- Lead analysis of construction projects and development of new revenue streams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CRM and data management experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics, Ticketmaster, and/or Two Circles products
- 5+ years of experience with data analysis
- 3+ years of staff management experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen sense of curiosity and problem-solving acumen
