Summary:

The St. Louis Blues/Enterprise Center seek qualified candidates for the position of Game Entertainment Coordinator, Part Time. The primary responsibility of this position is to assist Blue Note Productions with in-game entertainment duties. This is a paid, hourly position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist in planning and execution of in-game elements.

· Assist with game script creation including copy editing, fact-checking and distribution.

· Assist with the scheduling and oversight of Game Entertainment Interns

· Support Game Entertainment Director by being point of contact for all bands, anthems, and other groups during home games

· Support Blue Note Productions staff during home games.

Hours/Time Commitment:

· Requires availability to work weeknights and weekends, in addition to frequent normal business hours.

· Flexible; 20-30 hours per week.

Qualifications:

· At least 1 year of experience in a professional sports and entertainment environment.

· At least 1 year of game presentation experience

· Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· Working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and Google Docs.

· Must demonstrate professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

· Must be able to lift or carry heavy equipment
