Day to Day Job Responsibilities:
- Assist building carpenters with building maintenance projects including but not limited to painting, patching, plumbing, carpentry, moving of furniture, etc.
- Diagnose and repair building issues during evening concerts and events.
- Assist in setup and breakdown of all events. This includes but is not limited to moving/stacking tables, chairs.
- Ability to recognize and understand how to build stages for shows.
- Assists in keeping all storage areas and carpentry shops clean and orderly.
- Identifies equipment that needs to be maintained and assists in developing a plan to carry out necessary repairs and upkeep.
- Operates forklift for show load in/out upon request.
- Oversee casual labor when building is converting from event to event.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Forklift certified or willing to get certified
- Able to work nights/weekends/occasionally over 8 hours per shift
- Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative with minimal supervision.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with employees
- Positive attitude and hard work ethic
- Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.

- Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the wellbeing of others.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Extensive periods of walking, bending, and kneeling are necessary depending on the task that has been assigned.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
