The Business Analyst will assist the Business Intelligence team on data-driven projects, database management, and general reporting needs. The ideal candidate for this position has a desire to learn more about business processes and analytics, possesses strong analytical skills, and pays close attention to detail.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Lead reporting back to the NHL across all areas of the organization
- Build lists and campaigns for sales and marketing teams
- Clean and maintain data across business units
- Assist with management of data across various data sources including but not limited to Ticketmaster, Microsoft Dynamics, Amazon Redshift, and other SaaS platforms
- Report on and analyze marketing initiatives
- Work with partners on food and beverage and retail trends using data
- Perform additional reporting and data management duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years in an analytical role
- Proficiency with Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with SQL
- Experience with Python preferred
- Experience with ticketing data a plus
- Data-driven mindset
- Willingness to learn
