Overview
Enterprise Center, home of world-class entertainment and the St. Louis Blues are looking for passionate team members to assist guests that attend events at Enterprise Center.  Our goal is to enhance the guest experience by creating a positive environment with extraordinary customer interaction and service. Please understand that you are hired to serve guests. There will be nights when your responsibilities prevent you from seeing the events.
Rate of Pay: $17/hr
Responsibilities 
  • Ability to communicate clearly with others. Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Provide hospitality to guests before, during, and after events
  • Customer service experience.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a desire to serve the company and public.
  • Always exhibit a professional appearance
  • Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries at all points of contact
  • Must be able to physically restrain, escort, and detain guest when necessary 
  • Assist with bag checks at building entrances. 
  • Assists guests with seat locations.
  • Provide directions to guests for all areas of the building. 
  • Listen and resolve guest concerns; notify supervisors or managers, if needed.
  • Must be able to familiarize themselves with building layout, all departments, and guest policies.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Respond appropriately to guest illness, injury, or emergencies.
  • Must be able to anticipate all guest needs and prevent escalation of issues.
  • Must be able to maintain a safe work environment by being proactive to solve and issues that may arise.
  • Utilize training tools and resources to create a championship level atmosphere for all guests 
  • Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries at all points of contact
Requirements 
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • 21 years of age, Acquire St. Louis City/ St. Louis County Security License
  •  Basic computer skills, and access to internet 
  • Ability to read and write clearly and legibly to draft clear, thorough incident reports.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license or have reliable transportation.
