WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

SUMMARY
This role supports the management and execution of Line-of-Sight (LOS) assets, which are a significant revenue and marketing resource for Clubs and include all in-arena signage visible to both fans in attendance and game broadcast viewers. The position also assists with the ongoing execution of Digitally Enhanced Dasherboards (DED) across the League as well as other virtual assets, and serves as a key coordinator among League departments, Clubs, and vendors to help ensure operational excellence and compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
This role will work in collaboration with various League office departments, including Marketing, Hockey Operations, Business Development, Legal, and others, while supporting day-to-day engagement with Clubs on LOS matters. Responsibilities include coordinating operational and creative execution requirements and assisting with League and Club workflow processes associated with physical and virtual ice-level signage. 
 
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for Club LOS signage submissions and track status to ensure timely completion. 
  • Assist in the scheduling, production, delivery, and posting of League partner and marketing creative static dasherboard signage. 
  • Coordinate execution activities in collaboration with NHL sales, national network partners, signage vendors, building operations personnel, and Club business staff. 
  • Support communication with vendors and in-building commercial coordinators regarding game-night compliance reviews and monthly reporting requirements. 
  • Monitor and maintain LOS-related documentation, reports, and records. 
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative tasks related to LOS print production. 
  • Help identify and escalate operational issues, discrepancies, or compliance concerns as appropriate. 
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to the Club Business Affairs department. 

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Areas/Experience
Preferred
  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of professional work experience preferred.  
  • Experience in sports, media, marketing, operations, sponsorship, or a related field is a plus.  
  • Familiarity with the NHL, Club operations, venue operations, or sports sponsorship execution is preferred.

 Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

SALARY RANGE:
 $65-75k
 
Actual base pay for a successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to: experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.
