WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

SUMMARY
The role will provide daily operational and system support to the Senior Manager, HR, assisting with the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of League HRIS platforms. This role supports day-to-day system transactions, data accuracy, reporting, and user inquiries, and works closely with the Senior Manager on audits, system enhancements, and process improvements. This is a hands-on HRIS role for a systems-focused individual with strong technical aptitude who excels in a data-driven environment. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Support the daily administration of HRIS platforms, including onboarding, employee data changes, and organizational maintenance 
  • Support time and attendance processes for both legacy systems and the organization’s new time-tracking platform 
  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data across all HR systems 
  • Support system configurations, workflow routing, and user security access as needed 
  • Develop proficiency in company HRIS platforms to troubleshoot and respond to system inquiries from HR, managers, and employees across the League 
  • Develop proficiency with HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotions, terminations) and how they impact company data systems overall 

QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Areas/Experience
Required
  • Hands-on experience supporting HR systems, including employee data management, onboarding, and organizational changes 
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and navigate HRIS platforms including time and attendance systems 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for data review, validation, and reporting 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential employee data 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
 
Preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or a related support role 
  • Experience maintaining data accuracy and performing routine audits across multiple HR systems 
  • Experience with HR and service platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce HCM, ServiceNow, or similar systems
  • Prior experience supporting time and attendance management systems a plus
  • Experience supporting system upgrades, enhancements, or League-wide technology initiatives 

 Education/Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field

SALARY RANGE:
 $65-70K
 
Actual base pay for a successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to: experience/training, market demands, and geographic location.
