Internship: Internship
The Intern for Wild Rewards assists with the development and day-to-day execution of Customer Sales and Service activities and events including tasks associated with the Wild Rewards program, providing support with game day needs, administrative projects, the development of relationships with season ticket holders and support of other related initiatives. Candidates should be reliable, flexible, creative and passionate with a willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment. 
This is a full-time, paid, seasonal position that will work from August 2018, through the end of the season.  This role will work Wild home games and non-game related events. 
Responsibilities/Essential Functions
  • Maintain inventory and organization of items in relations to Wild Rewards program
  • Facilitate Wild Rewards membership maintenance and other projects as assigned
  • Contribute item and content creation to Wild Rewards website
  • Assist in the coordination of game day responsibilities, events and activities
  • Staff Customer Sales and Service Booth(s) during events and provide event support
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of Season Ticket Holder events and initiatives including pre-game, promotional, guest and club events
  • Maintaining and updating client database in support of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage miscellaneous administrative assignments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and/or holidays (30 or more hours per week)
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
  • Current college student in junior or senior year, current graduate student, or recent graduate
  • Customer service or sports industry experience preferred along with a degree major in areas of sports management, retail management, sales, marketing, communications and/or business management
Knowledge & Experience
  • Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task
  • Creative minded individual looking to continually improve processes and overall customer experiences

Work Conditions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and/or holidays (30 or more hours per week)
  • Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, etc.  
  • Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
  • Available through May 2019 or end of season
