Responsible for the preparation of food products for all restaurant related functions and general catering functions throughout the building. Prepare all foods according to recipes and production sheets. Complete assigned projects within allocated time sequence. Provide general kitchen procedural assistance to Exec. Sous Chef as requested. Utilize only those recipes approved by Chefs. Maintain work area, coolers and dry storage in a clean and orderly fashion. Assist in maintenance of sanitation procedures.
Starting pay is $14.00
Must be at least 18 years old. Must have excellent food prep and culinary skills. Previous food and beverage or restaurant experience is preferred. Should be able to stand for long periods of time including walking up and down stairs. Must be able to work flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Must pass criminal background check.
