Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships for group and single-game event suite clients.
  • Manage the execution of all Fan Experience Packages, including pre-game hockey tournaments, post-game signing sessions, national anthem performances, and more.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned account base.
  • Identify opportunities to sell upgrades, add-ons, and generate referrals from existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned accounts through proactive communication, including seat visits, phone calls, emails, and other touchpoints.
  • Effectively communicate all team events and available inventory to potential and existing clients.
  • Proactively address and resolve all customer complaints, requests, and inquiries from the assigned account base, handling challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Ensure all ticket member information and data are accurate and complete for assigned accounts.
  • Assist in developing and delivering customized benefits, programs, and events to drive loyalty within group and single-game suite accounts.
  • Ability to stand, set up and break down sales tables, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, in addition to traditional business hours.
  • Undertake other projects as assigned to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, sports management, or a similar concentration is required.
  • Prior ticket sales or service experience, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written, and sales presentation).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing systems.
  • Previous experience with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
