Sales Executive: Group Tickets

Port Huron Prowlers - Entry Level
Port Huron · MI
Ticket Sales · Ticket Operations · Sales
The Port Huron Prowlers:
To be a Port Huron Prowler is to embody selflessness, pride, and an unbreakable work ethic. We have fostered a culture built on family and hard work where ownership, staff, players, and support teams are all highly motivated and goal-oriented. The success of our organization runs through every department, and that is understood by everyone who steps into our room.

The Sales Executive, Group Tickets:
This position is responsible for generating new revenue and expanding an active base of group and corporate accounts.
This is a highly outbound, sales-driven role focused on prospecting, developing, and closing new group business. The ideal candidate is competitive, resilient, and motivated by hitting and exceeding revenue goals in a fast-paced sports environment.
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and creating customized group experiences that drive long-term client value.

The right personality is important because next to door-to-door sales, phone sales is probably one of the hardest jobs. We need people who can strike up a conversation with anybody and get them excited about what we can offer. We’re not selling them tickets, but giving their organization/group a chance to be part of something huge in Port Huron while having a great time. We need people who can connect with the person on the other end of the phone/email and find a way to engage with them and get them excited… especially about our theme nights.
