Overview:
The Monroe Moccasins are seeking a Ticketing Intern to assist the Ticketing Director with day-to-day ticket operations and fan service initiatives. This internship provides valuable experience in ticket sales, organization, and sports business operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with season ticket organization and management.
- Assist with ticket printing and distribution.
- Help maintain accurate ticket records and databases.
- Support fan communication regarding ticketing needs.
- Assist with game day ticketing operations.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Ticketing Director.
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Must be located in Monroe, Louisiana, or the surrounding areas.
- This is an in-person internship; remote work is not available.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Available for 20 hours Monday-Thursday.
- Available for home games.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and dependable.
- Interest in sports business, sales, ticketing, event management, or a related field preferred.
Reporting Structure:
The Ticketing Intern will report directly to the Ticketing Director. All assigned projects and responsibilities must be completed under the direction and approval of the Ticketing Director.
