GAME DAY OPERATIONS INTERN (2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE)

Position Type: Unpaid Internship (College Credit Eligible)
Overview:
The Monroe Moccasins are seeking two Game Day Operations Interns to assist in creating an outstanding fan experience during home games. This position provides hands-on experience in sports event management, fan engagement, and game operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with on-ice intermission promotions and games.
- Help execute game day entertainment and fan engagement activities.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of game day operations.
- Support the Game Day Operations Director with game day logistics.
- Enhance the overall fan experience throughout home games.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the Game Day Operations Director.
Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Must be located in Monroe, Louisiana, or the surrounding areas.
- This is an in-person internship; remote work is not available.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Available every Thursday for approximately 2 hours for planning and preparation meetings.
- Available for all home games.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
Reporting Structure:
The Game Day Operations Interns will report directly to the Game Day Operations Director. All responsibilities and projects must be completed under the direction and approval of the Game Day Operations Director.
