The Danbury Hat Tricks are looking for energetic, reliable individuals to join our Game Day Staff. These roles are essential to creating a safe, fun, and professional experience for fans, players, and staff at every home game. Opportunities are available in security, ticketing, merchandise, food service, bartending, camera operations, and game operations (penalty box attendants, statistics crew, and goal judges).
Brief Overview of Duties:
Security
- Monitor entrances, exits, and crowd activity to ensure a safe environment.
- Enforce arena policies while assisting fans with directions or concerns.
Ticketing
- Greet fans, scan tickets, and assist with entry into the arena.
- Handle ticket sales and will-call pickups with accuracy and professionalism.
Merchandise
- Set up, restock, and sell team merchandise at the pro shop or concourse stand.
- Provide friendly customer service and handle cash/card transactions.
Food Service
- Prepare and serve food items quickly and safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies throughout the game.
Bartenders
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly.
- Maintain a clean bar area.
Camera Operators
- Operate cameras for in-game entertainment, replays, and livestreams.
- Capture high-quality footage while following game action closely.
Game Operations (Penalty Box, Stats, Goal Judges)
- Operate penalty box doors, track official statistics, or serve as a goal judge.
- Work with officials and team staff to ensure accurate, timely game operations.
