Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients, including local businesses, organizations, and fan groups.
- Outbound Outreach: Gain valuable sales experience by making calls and follow-ups to prospects, promoting ticket packages, group outings, and special events.
- Ticket Operations: Support daily ticketing tasks, including printing, distribution, and ensuring accuracy of all ticket orders.
- Account Support: Assist with customer service by responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a positive fan experience.
- Game-Day Support: Play an active role on game nights by helping with ticketing operations, guest services, and group sales activations.

- Understand the full ticket sales process—from prospecting to closing and fulfillment.
- Develop strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
