POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- Technical Director / Video Switcher
Operates our switcher under the direction of the Show Director. Oversees video feeds, transitions, and supports the production team during Rock Lobsters games. - Live Camera Operators
Operate one of several arena broadcast cameras during Rock Lobsters games. Capture dynamic shots of gameplay, crowd reactions, and promotional content. - PTZ/Robo Camera Operator
Operates remotely controlled PTZ camera during live games to capture in-game action, fan reactions, and promotions for the videoboard and broadcast stream. Works with the Show Director to frame shots and execute smooth camera moves.
- Daktronics Videoboard Operators
Run the Daktronics Display Studio and Venus Control Suite to manage main scoreboard and LED ribbons. Responsibilities include loading in game-day content, displaying in-game content (graphics, videos, motion graphics, etc.) and managing live scoreboard updates. - Replay Operator
Controls the Three Play Instant Replay system for highlights and pivotal game moments shown both on the videoboard and live stream.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in live event production or broadcast required; sports production experience preferred
- Experience operating PTZ/robotic cameras, cameras, etc. in a live environment strongly preferred
- Familiarity with hockey is a plus
- Strong understanding of camera framing, movement, and live sports aesthetics
- Comfortable taking direction and communicating clearly via intercom/headset
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable availability for most home games, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
- Physically able to lift up to 30 lbs, navigate stairs, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work in elevated or confined areas such as camera platforms or control rooms
