Job Summary:
The Corporate Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution and delivery of contractual obligations for corporate partners. This position ensures that all sponsor assets, including in-venue signage, digital media, promotions, hospitality, and community initiatives, are implemented accurately and on time. This role acts as a liaison between corporate partners, internal departments, and third-party vendors to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfillment & Activation:
- Coordinate fulfillment of partnership elements, including in-game activations, signage, digital/social content, contests, and promotions.
- Track and report on the delivery of assets according to partnership agreements.
- Manage proof-of-performance documentation and end-of-season recap reports.
Client Services:
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned corporate partners
- Provide exceptional customer service, including prompt responses to partner requests.
- Coordinate hospitality and VIP experiences on game days and at special events.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of partner-related events (e.g., community events, sponsor nights, press events).
- Support game day operations, including arena activations, signage placement, and partner giveaways.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with departments including marketing, ticketing, game operations, digital media, and community relations.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams for asset development.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain partnership tracking databases and fulfillment status reports.
- Support the partnership renewal process with data, recaps, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sports marketing, event coordination, or corporate partnerships preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events and game schedules.
