This state-of-the-art ice facility will feature two regulation-size rinks, including a team practice rink with stadium seating, the Panthers’ new practice facilities spanning over 33,000 sq.ft. of offices and off-ice training facilities, and a 4,000-capacity music theatre for live entertainment. Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall general maintenance support of the facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

Follow a prescribed rotation of cleaning and organizing tasks indluding:

Assess clean locker room after each team vacates and before next team enters Locker rooms must be turned and ready within 20 minutes for the next teams.
Monitor restrooms for cleanliness and supplies twice hourly.
Check all trash cans at least once eper hour and empty as necessary. Ensure all trash cans are completely emptied at the close of business each day..
Inspect and clean player’s benches and penalty boxes after each game.
Inspect all public lobby areas twice hourly and clean any spills.
Conduct final walk-through of all locker rooms, restrooms, party rooms, lobbies, hallways and other common areas at the end of each shift to ensure all areas are cleaned properly.
Complete the end of shift checklist and leave where designated for the Housekeeping Manager.
Must be available to assist MOD and customers with claning and maintenance issues.
Know emergency prodedures for facility and guests
Perform additional responsibilities as required

Secondary Responsibilities:

Assisting with hanging signs, set up of conference room and/or building for special events.
Other duties, cleaning and otherwise, as deemed necessary or as directed.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Prior experience with housekeeping/custodial/cleaning work preferred.
Candidate will meet the physical demands of the job, which include lifting up to 50 lbs and moving about the building reguarly.
Ability to work independently.
Sound organizational and time-management skills.
Stron team orientation.
Job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.

Work Environment:

This position works in an arena where the noise level is generally high, crowd traffic is heavy, temperatures are variable – often cold; lights are bright or dark with occasional exposure to flashing lights.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a Part-Time position. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and occasional holidays.
