About the Role:
Reporting to the General Manager and Head Coach, the Head Equipment Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering the equipment program for the Oil Kings.
Your Focus in this Role:
- Develop, coordinate, and administer the equipment program including: equipment purchasing program, Skate Sharpening, Profiling, proper storage, security, fittings adjustments and modification, maintenance and reports of athletes garments and equipment;
- Maintain accurate and up to date records and documentation on all players;
- Upkeep of the dressing room facilities and oversee the player's laundry;
- Travel with the Oil Kings;
- Plan and execute the orderly movement and organization of all Oil Kings hockey equipment and supplies while travelling on Oil Kings road trips;
- Arrange and execute, if required, transportation to and from the airport with respect to player movement;
- Foster a good working atmosphere for all Oil Kings staff and players in and around the Oil Kings dressing room and training facilities;
- Use your best efforts to promote the interest and goodwill of the Oil Kings; and
- Perform any other duties directed by Hockey Operations Management.

Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience at the Major Jr, Pro or College level
