Role Summary:
The Account Executive, Member Services, is a full-time position based in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate is energetic, self-motivated, and engaging. This role will be responsible for fulfilling annual renewal and retention strategies while providing superior customer support for Bakersfield Condors Season Ticket Members. This role is also responsible for providing tactical support to facilitate and support sales and service initiatives for the Bakersfield Condors.


Your Focus in this Role:
• Directly manage a book of season ticket member accounts, including day-to-day customer communication to provide necessary solutions for customer service needs.
• Contribute to annual renewal & retention strategic planning and timelines to increase season ticket member renewal and engagement.
• Accomplish sales and retention goals through a set number of outbound sales activities each week; including phone calls, text/chat messages, “face-to-face" appointments, and in-person arena visits
• Plan and execute year-round season ticket member events and experiences
• Staff the Member Lounge and carry out season ticket member engagement and fan experiences at home games.
• Work synergistically with the sales team members to ensure the client experience is heightened
• Provide assistance to all Condors365 Members and Partial Plan holders with mobile ticketing via AXS app
• Facilitate corporate activation both in-game and in ticket service
• Responsible for composing general correspondence with Members (i.e. Member Alerts, Text Campaigns, etc.)
• Attend local networking events, functions, festivals, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, and Skills:
• College diploma or degree in a related field
• In lieu of degree, experience in a related field will be considered
• Experience in a related field is considered an asset
• Experience with AXS ticketing and CRM software not required, but preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Must have access to a vehicle and a motor vehicle license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)

Compensation:
This role is budgeted to start at $25.00/hour.
