The Worcester Railers HC of the ECHL is looking for a Ticket Operations and Analytics Intern for an UNPAID/CREDIT ONLY role in the Fall/Winter of the 2025-2026 Academic Year. Candidates must be current college students and must be able to dedicate 6 to 12 hours per week to the internship. Strong verbal skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a dynamic, small-office environment. The successful candidate should be dependable, able to handle multiple tasks, and work long hours (evenings, weekends & holidays included).
Internship opportunities may include assisting with other departments in the organization such as: Marketing, Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Public/Community Relations, and Digital Media for the club.
Ticket Sales Description:
· Interns will be required to come into our office located at 105 Commercial Street at Door 22 in Worcester.
· Interns will report to Sr. Manager of Business Strategy.
· Interns will work office hours during the week and may also gain experience in corporate fulfillment, digital media, Public & Community Relations, ticket sales, marketing, and more.
· Interns will be required to attend community events as needed.
· Ticket Sales Intern will gain experience in:
· Salesforce CRM & Ticketmaster Archtics operations
· Real Time data reporting and analytics
· Phone communication
· Fulfillment of game day ticket sales experiences
Desired Qualifications:
· Pursuit of Sport Management, Marketing, and/or business degree preferred.
· Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Strong proficiency in Excel is encouraged
· Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of projects.
· Basic customer service stills.
· Basic understanding in Tableau encouraged
· Basic knowledge of ice hockey encouraged but not required.
Requirements:
· Must receive college credit.
· Available to work a minimum of 6+ hours per week, including nights and weekends.
· Must have reliable transportation and live in the Worcester or surrounding areas.
· Must be able to receive credit towards major via class requirement or hours.
