Are you passionate about technology, data, and driving revenue through innovation? The Wichita Thunder is seeking a Technology Solutions Coordinator to take ownership of our tech stack and turn digital tools into powerful engines for growth. This role is a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of the systems that fuel our ticket sales, fan engagement, and campaign performance.

You’ll act as a key connector between sales, marketing, and data—maximizing the value of platforms like Fevo, StellarAlgo, and Dash to support revenue goals and elevate the Thunder fan experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the Tech Stack
    Manage the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of our core sales and engagement platforms, including Fevo (group/social ticketing), StellarAlgo (audience insights), Dash (fan engagement and auctions), and SMS marketing tools.

  • Drive Revenue Through Technology
    Create and launch digital campaigns that support ticket sales—especially focused on single-game buyers and group sales—using targeted outreach, social selling, and fan activation strategies.

  • Leverage Integrated Solutions for Growth
    Combine data and capabilities across platforms (e.g., using StellarAlgo audience segments to power Fevo campaigns or Dash activations) to build smarter, more personalized campaigns that generate revenue and improve engagement.

  • Collaborate to Optimize Performance
    Partner with sales and marketing leaders to streamline workflows and ensure our technology enhances team efficiency, customer experience, and conversion rates.

  • Turn Data into Action
    Monitor platform performance, audience behavior, and campaign results to uncover trends and insights. Use this intelligence to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

  • Build Smarter Systems
    Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and processes that ensure data accuracy, clean integrations, and actionable metrics across platforms.

  • Innovate Constantly
    Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging tools and trends in sports technology and digital fan engagement. Bring forward new ideas that can improve results and keep the Thunder ahead of the competition.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with digital sales and fan engagement platforms (Fevo, StellarAlgo, Dash, etc.)

  • A strategic thinker who’s also hands-on—comfortable setting up campaigns, interpreting data, and collaborating cross-functionally

  • Strong communication skills and a passion for improving the fan experience through technology

  • A proactive attitude, always looking for ways to innovate, optimize, and drive growth
