The Wheeling Nailers are seeking a creative, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Videographer for the 2026–2027 season. This position will capture and create engaging video content for the team's social media, marketing, sponsorship, and in-arena needs. This position is a paid per project stipend.
Responsibilities
● Attend all scheduled Saturday home games from October through April. As well as home
playoff games, team media days, and additional games or events as needed.
● Capture game action, fans, promotional nights, sponsors, players, behind-the-scenes
moments, and the overall game-day experience.
● Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media.
● Deliver organized, edited, and color-corrected footage to the Nailers.
● Work with the marketing and game operations teams to create in-arena introduction
videos and update them throughout the season.
● Help develop creative concepts and proactively identify opportunities for engaging
content.
Qualifications
● Previous videography, sports video, or live-event experience preferred.
● Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
● Ability to shoot and edit high-quality video in a fast-paced environment.
● Experience creating short-form social media content.
● Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Passion for sports is strongly preferred.
Position Requirements
● Part-time, in-season position running late September through April, with potential
additional work during playoffs and special events.
● Must be available for scheduled Saturday home games, home playoff games, media
days, and additional events as needed.
● Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended game-day hours.
● Reliable transportation to and from WesBanco Arena is required.
● Must provide professional video equipment suitable for live sports production
