Job Summary:  
The Service & Retention Account Executive is responsible for providing existing Season Ticket Members with excellent customer service, aiding and maintaining continuous contact to renew accounts while also gathering referrals to generate new business. 
The ideal candidate must be able to lead by example, possess the ability to establish strong business relationships, maintain a professional attitude and maximize opportunities to increase revenue, attendance and retention percentages.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client to provide exceptional customer service (via phone, email, text & face-to-face interaction).
  • Provide regular updates to clients on campaigns that directly affect their account.
  • Assist in game day responsibilities (in-seat visits, service table, additional ticket requests).
  • Service inbound customer sales & service phone calls keeping customer service a top priority.
  • Maintain accurate database notes and customer information utilizing various databases.
  • Provide staff support for all ticketing needs (ticket deliveries, invoices, and receipts).
  • Introduce new Season Ticket Members to various benefits.
  • Help come up with innovative ways to improve the experience for our ticket package holders.
  • Participate and contribute to daily and/or weekly Sales Team meetings and training sessions.
  • Have a proactive approach to various sales initiatives throughout the season to reach new sales goals via individual, group, partial or full season sales.
  • Establish payment plan options for customers to pay their ticket balance.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high standards for quality; ability to keep accurate and detailed records.
  • Excellent customer service skills that showcase a positive and enthusiastic approach to clients and fans.
  • Ability to multitask, and complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Applicants should possess honesty and integrity, as well as an enthusiasm for working in sports.
  • Self-starter who is motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Consistent, punctual and regular attendance.
  • Professional image and demeanor.
  • Strong ability to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Ticket sales experience in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Previous use of CRM and Archtics software is preferred, but not necessary.
