Summary:
The Utah Grizzlies are seeking qualified candidates (preferably college students) for the 2025-2026 season, interested in a future career in sports marketing and motion design. This is a seasonal, part-time, paid internship in West Valley City, UT. All applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as the schedule dictates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Game Operation in the creation of motion graphics and game night templates
- Complete game night templates for social media team to post
- Create game night motion graphic templates for in-arena marketing
- Develop new digital media for a variety of platforms, including but not limited to -
- Marketing promotions, social media graphics, motion video for in-arena LED boards, etc.
- Review all digital media assets prior to publishing to ensure accuracy
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Creative, energetic and proactive mentality
- Attention to detail is key
- Experience in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience in Blender or other 3D software is preferred, but not required
- Ability to learn and master new software programs as necessary
- Passionate about sports and visual design
