FUNCTIONS:
Come join one of the top ticket sales teams in The ECHL.  As a Utah Grizzlies Group Sales Account Executive, you will compete with the top salesman in the league to drive revenue by strategically targeting and engaging with community-focused groups. Through the proposals of group ticket packages,  captivating themed events and luxurious single game suite rentals, you'll curate an array of offerings to generate attendance, and revenue for all of the Utah Grizzlies home games. Working in tandem with our dynamic sales team, you'll employ diverse tactics such as cold calling, face-to-face meetings, community activation events, and targeted email marketing to foster enduring relationships with community entities and individuals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate ticket revenue and game attendance using all sales methods, including cold calls, face to face appointments, community events,  prospecting and networking. 
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects utilizing our CRM Systems.
  • Creatively prospect and research new sales leads and community groups.
  • Continuously look for ways to develop and foster new and existing customer relationships through in game visits, follow-up communication, referrals and other ticket sales incentives.
  • Assist the Grizzlies sales team with in game promotions and external events, as required.
  • Being team Community Mascot for community appearances when needed.

 REQUIREMENTS: 
  • Able to work a 40 hour week in this office, plus all home games and other outside events. 
  • Must work flexible hours to include business work week days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Maturity and professionalism in ALL aspects of your workplace and client relationships. 
  • Be a self-motivated, hardworking, and high-energy individual.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills necessary.
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Creative and innovative team player with cooperative attitude. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment and are willing to do the job necessary to help the organization achieve its goals.
