This role is an entry level position that provides hands on experience in retails sales and box office operations for both minor league hockey and baseball.

Responsibilities Include:

Serve and interact with customers to help resolve ticket questions/concerns.
Process ticket exchanges.
Fulfill online sales orders.
Create displays in team store to showcase merchandise.
Asist with game day operations.

Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to communicate in a polite, energetic and friendly manner.
Comfortable with extensive fan contact in a fast-paced environment.
Cash handling experience preferred.
