The ECHL’s newest team in Trenton NJ is getting ready to announce its name in early January.  The Market has already adopted the team, responding in a strong start to season memberships and sponsorships support.
 
The organization is led by hockey and sports marketing/sales veteran Bob Ohrablo, who has successfully led teams at many levels of pro hockey including NHL, AHL and ECHL, including Savannah and Jacksonville (ECHL).
 
This position directs all our ticket operations (Ticketmaster/Arctics). Here is a description:
 
Position: Manager of Ticket Management/Technologies   (Reports to President).
This position includes participation in our Executive Management team. This includes input in ticket and marketing activities of the team.

Manage platforms including:
  • FEVO: Maximize revenue by creating and managing ticketing offers for groups, corporate partners and special promotions, coordinating with the marketing department.
  • DASH: Oversee ideation, execution and fulfillment of merchandise sales.  Manage item listings, customer service and assist with promotion efforts to ensure a streamlined and successful auction experience.  Maintained detailed records of inventory, sales, fulfillment logistics, ensuring accuracy throughout the process.
  • VOZZI: Manage outbound text campaigns, customer inquiries, and targeted fan engagement initiatives. Analyze campaign performance and optimize audience segmentation using StellarAlgo data.
     StellarAlgo: Leverage customer data analytics to generate targeted lists for marketing campaigns, ticketing offers, and audience segmentation.  Provide insights to marketing and sales teams to inform and refine strategies for better results.
  • Ticketmaster/Archtics: Assist with customer order issues, create pricing codes and link unique inventory for FEVO offers.  Ensure data integrity smooth integration between Ticketmaster and other ticketing procedures.
- Work closely with Director of Ticket Sales and Service on strategic objectives and daily tasks.
- Partner with Marketing Director and agency to coordinate messaging and promotions for ticketing and auction initiatives.
- Engage with Corporate Partnerships to fulfill ticketing-related contract obligations and promotions.
- Collaborate with Game Operations to executive in-game promotions for ticketing and promotions.
- Serve as primary liaison for external partners, including FEVO, DASH, VOZZI, attending monthly strategy meetings and training sessions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for merchandise inventory, activation schedules and results.
- Continuously research industry trends and emerging activation strategies to enhance fan engagement and maximize revenue opportunities. This includes revenue generation and platform management. 
- Solving customer issues, creating pricing codes and manage interaction between TM and FEVO. 
- Working with ticket sales team to ensure their production is maximized as well.
- Attendance at all sales training set up and weekly one-on-one meetings.
- Active participation in staff meetings and marketing/sales planning meetings/activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
 
Compensation:
Industry competitive base salary, based on experience.  In addition, bonuses, commissions and a moving allowance will be provided. Other benefits are also offered.

Qualifications.
  • Data driven – have skills to accumulate and analyze data and be able to use the results to guide marketing and sales departments.
  • Knowledge of Ticketmaster/Arctics systems.
  • Experience with FEVO and DASH campaigns is a plus.
  • Demonstrate leadership.
  • Strong communication skills for interactions with customers, staff, interns, and management.
  • Able and willing to work weekends and evenings, as required to perform tasks.
  • Position (based in Trenton, NJ) starts January 1, 2026 and will remain open until a strong candidate is selected.
  • Relocation to Trenton, NJ area.
