The Trenton Ironhawks are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Account Executive to join our Ticket Sales & Service team. This position is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season ticket memberships, partial plans, premium seating, and group ticket packages while delivering exemplary customer service to fans.

Ticket Sales
The Trenton Ironhawks are seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Account Executive to join our Ticket Sales & Service team. This position is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of season ticket memberships, partial plans, premium seating, and group ticket packages while delivering exemplary customer service to fans.

Ticket Sales
- Generate revenue through the sale of full season memberships, partial season ticket plans, group ticket packages, premium seating and hospitality areas, and youth hockey programming.
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, social selling, and in-person appointments.
- Maintain a consistent schedule of outbound sales activity.
- Execute sales presentations virtually and in person.
- Meet and exceed individual and departmental revenue goals.
Account Service & Retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with season ticket members, group leaders, and business clients.
- Assist with renewal campaigns and retention initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ticket products and experiences.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Game Day Responsibilities
- Work all Ironhawks home games and select team events.
- Host clients and prospects during games.
- Assist with group experiences, fan engagement activities, and hospitality programs.
- Support ticket sales initiatives and promotional events throughout the season.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales, customer service, or sports industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, team player.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Characteristics
- Experience driving revenue/group sales through youth hockey organizations.
- Passion for sports and live entertainment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to build relationships and earn trust quickly.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and asking for business.
