The Norfolk Admirals are seeking a Manager, Sponsorship Fulfillment to join our front office team. This position plays a key role in managing corporate partnerships, ensuring all sponsor assets are executed to the highest standard, and driving new business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee fulfillment of all sponsorship agreements, including signage, activations, advertising, and hospitality assets
- Provide outstanding client service to sponsors with a focus on renewals and long-term relationships
- Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to deliver sponsor assets on time and professionally
- Track and report proof of performance for all partners
- Prospect and secure new sponsorship and ticket revenue through outreach and presentations
- Represent the Admirals within the Hampton Roads business community through chambers, trade groups, and networking events
- Support sales and marketing teams in developing creative ways to maximize sponsor ROI

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Sales or client service experience in sports, events, or partnerships preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for professional sports and community engagement
