Job Description Summary:
The Kansas City Mavericks are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual to join the sales team as an Account Executive. This position reports directly to the Director of Ticket Sales. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through full menu selling, including season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and premium spaces. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and manage relationships while providing first-class customer service. Additional time may be required to work outside events in addition to ALL Kansas City Mavericks home games to promote sales.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with prior experience in marketing, ticket sales, and/or ticket operations.
- The ability to multitask effectively and work through priorities efficiently to achieve individual and team goals.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus.
- An outgoing personality with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software is preferred.
