Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and qualifying potential new business
- Working with sales team to organize and prioritize new business focus
- Qualify lead sources or incoming inquiries and assign to appropriate sales manager
- Book and detail small group events
- Gaining a working knowledge of etix ticketing software
- Gaining a working knowledge of Fevo ticketing platform
- Create new accounts, audit, and update iSportsTix (Customer Relationship Manager program)
- Client and guest interaction
- Assist in providing site tours
- Assist sales managers in follow ups with direct reach-outs
- Engage with guests at sales table during home games
- Earn direct sales experience by selling introductory packages
- Answer main phones
- Assist in order fulfillment
Qualifications
What You Need for this Position
- Occasional local travel
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Availability to work nights and weekends based on home game schedule
- Strong telephone and email skills and an ability to build sales relationships from initial contact
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks
