Account Executive, Sales & Service

Location: Coralville, Iowa | Department: Ticket Sales
Reports To: Director of Ticket Sales

The Iowa Heartlanders are setting the standard in the ECHL — and we’re looking for driven, ambitious professionals to help lead the charge. As an Account Executive, you’ll sell and service ticket memberships, lead group sales initiatives, and be a key face of our fan-first culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Sell season tickets, group packages, and premium seating through cold calls, meetings, and community outreach
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and returning fans
  • Execute group experiences and ticket promotions, ensuring a smooth game day experience
  • Be a visible brand ambassador at events, games, and community activations
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions using CRM software
  • Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service and fan engagement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in sales and customer service
  • CRM experience preferred (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LACRM, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
