The Indy Fuel Pit Crew is our coed promotional team that brings the energy, enthusiasm, and entertainment to every home game! From skating on the ice during timeouts to interacting with fans throughout the night, Pit Crew members are essential to creating an unforgettable game day experience. We're looking for bright, outgoing, and high-energy individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and love being in front of a crowd. Skating is strongly preferred for this role, as many in-game elements involve on-ice responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with in-game promotions, contests, and giveaways
- Skate on the ice during stoppages and intermissions (if applicable)
- Interact with fans, distribute promotional items, and hype up the crowd
- Represent the Indy Fuel brand in a positive, professional manner
- Help with pre-game setup and post-game breakdown of promotional elements
- Work closely with the Game Presentation and Operations staff
Requirements:
- Strong communication and crowd interaction skills
- Positive, upbeat, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the home game schedule
- Comfort skating in front of large crowds (skating experience highly preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Pay for this role is $50 a game
