Job Summary:
 Hallett Sports & Entertainment is seeking a motivated college student for an Unpaid Graphic Design Internship supporting our in-house Graphic Designer. This role is designed for college credit only and is an excellent opportunity for students interested in pursuing a career in sports design.  You MUST be local to the Indy area and able to work in person. The internship runs through the 2025–26 ECHL season with a minimum commitment of 10 in office hours per week, though additional hours may be taken on if the applicant desires.

Key Learning Areas:
 As a Graphic Design Intern, you will gain exposure to and assist with:
  • Assisting with the ideation and creation of graphics consistent with the Indy Fuel, Bloomington Bison, and Fishers Freight brand identity.
  • Designing digital and print graphics for social media, in-arena video boards, signage, and other marketing channels.
  • Creating promotional materials, including posters, programs, website graphics, and more.

  • Direct mentorship from Hallett Sports & Entertainment’s Graphic Designer.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Must be able to get college credit for this internship. 
  • Strong passion for sports and sports design.
  • Creative mindset with strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
  • Portfolio link required—applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Additional Details:
  • Internship duration: Full Season (October - April)
  • Time commitment: Game days + at least one weekly in-office day (roughly around 5 office hours a week) 
  • Compensation: $50 per game day, unpaid office hours
  • Location: In-person
