OVERVIEW:
With the Florida Everblades and Hertz Arena, you will work at the premier entertainment venue in Southwest Florida in one of the fastest growing regions in the country, among year-round sunshine. Bolstered by the 5-time ECHL Award-Winning front office staff, the 4-time Kelly Cup Champion Florida Everblades have a distinguished history of both promoting employees within - and supporting employees in their dream to excel in their sports career.

SUMMARY:
The Florida Everblades are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to focus on selling group tickets and season tickets for Everblades hockey games. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for generating revenue through the sale of Everblades full season, partial season, and group ticket packages. As an Account Executive, you are integral to the club’s operations, focusing on maximizing sales revenue and creating brand/community awareness for the Florida Everblades. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, great work ethic, and the ability to build/cultivate relationships through setting face-to-face appointments as well as cold-calling prospects. This is a full-time sales position. 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Very active outbound selling position 
  • Meet or exceed established yearly revenue goals
  • Generate sales revenue using all sales methods: cold-calling, face to face appointments, prospecting, and networking 
  • Develop and grow relationships with current and new clients to increase selling opportunities through exceptional service and referrals

 QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred - prior experience in ticket sales, ticket operations, and/or marketing preferred but not required
  • Work well in a team-selling environment and ability to collaborate/communicate with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage and prioritize daily effort
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to communicate effectively with prospects, customers and internal team
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work irregular hours, event coverage, and weekends
  • Reliable transportation to reach the market on outside sales appointments is essential
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strategic thinking skills
